Delivery Policy

HeyNavi is a digital product. There is nothing physical to ship, and there are no shipping fees.

Instant delivery by email
As soon as your purchase is complete, we email you a download link at the address you used at checkout. Delivery is usually immediate, though it can occasionally take a few minutes.

Windows or Mac
From the download link, choose the version for your computer: Windows (Windows 10 or 11) or Mac (macOS 13 or later). One purchase covers both versions.

Your license key
Along with your download, you'll receive a license key. Enter it when you first open HeyNavi to activate your software. Please keep your download email somewhere safe, since it contains your license key.

Didn't get your email?
Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If it still hasn't arrived within an hour, email us at support@heynavi.io or use the "contact us" button on our website. Include the email address you used at checkout and your order number, and we'll resend your download link and license key.
